To keep our costs low and our associates close to their families we have a few guidelines that we ask of you.

1. Please be on time. Depending on when the opening of your class will be, we ask you arrive an hour to thirty minutes early.
2. Table and Chairs- Our tables and chairs will be arranged in sets of four chairs to a table. If you would like to move them around, you are more than welcome to. We just ask that you place them back after class
3. Time Limits- Classes are held to three hours and if over this, a $20 additional hour fee will be enforced. This is not to be mean, but we are mothers and our families will be expecting us at certain times and we ask that you respect that. If you plan to clean up after class, please remember to take that into account in planning your three hour time frame. 
4. Paper goods- Please bring your own paper goods. We will provide trash bags but paper ware, table clothes, and all other paper products will need to be provided by you. Our trash can is located outside next to Chisholm Road. Please take the trash out after your event.
5. Partner Package- Should you choose this package, it will be offered to the Studio 23 associates  to see if any have an interest or if any are able to attend you class. If not, we ask you to choose from package 1 or 2. Thank you for your understanding in this trade agreement.
6. Advertisement- If you choose to host your class at Studio 23 and would like it advertised, please let us know in advance. We will be happy to advertise for you and we will ask that you help us do the same. We use Facebook at shoalsstudio23 and Instagram at studio23s. Please “like” and follow us.
